3. Training and Awareness: All employees receive proper training and guidance on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of equipment. We foster a culture of safety awareness through ongoing training programs and communication.
4. Emergency Response: We have established clear emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans, first aid arrangements, and communication protocols, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ethics and Integrity
1. Anti-Corruption: We strictly adhere to the Prevention of Corruption Act and other relevant regulations, promoting transparency and ethical behavior in all business dealings. Bribery, kickbacks, and other forms of corruption are strictly prohibited.
2. Fair Competition: We compete fairly and ethically in the marketplace, adhering to the Competition Act and avoiding practices that could lead to anti-competitive behavior.
3. Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of sensitive information belonging to our employees, customers, partners, and the company. We ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant data protection regulations.
4. Ethical Business Practices: Our business decisions and practices are guided by integrity, honesty, and respect for human rights. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any form of unethical behavior.
Compliance and Accountability

Reporting Violations: Any employee or stakeholder who becomes aware of a potential violation of this policy, safety hazards, or ethical breaches is encouraged to report the issue promptly through the designated reporting channels. Retaliation against individuals who report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
3. Investigations: We will promptly investigate all reported violations and take appropriate actions, including disciplinary measures and corrective actions, as necessary.
